Title: no docking system in LHBP for P3Dv4.1

Hi all,

The new scenery looks beautiful, but the docking systems are missing at the gates. :o

That is the case since Prepar3D v2.1 if I'm not mistaken. LM disabled the compatibility with FS2002 and earlier bgl versions.
