Payed Budapest Airport over Webshop - but dont become Email with Activation Link

Hello ,
I bought today Budapest Airport over your Webshop .
When i logon in Webshop i see uner "ordered Products" i can find my Product "Budapest - Liszt Ferenc LHBP airport scenery".
But there is no License Key and no Download Link.

And i dont become an Email with verification that i bought this Product. But i become from Paypal the Mail that i have payed the Airport.

I check also my Spam Folder .

I write you an Mail to your Contact Address but dont become an answer .

This is not very nice.

Hope we can solve this Problem
