Fireworks HungaroControl
« on: May 25, 2012, 19:39:04 PM »
Just to be sure I got it right:

- Budapest approach can only be heard in FSX.

- Is the same true for the fireworks? Do they only work in FSX, not in FS9? (I installed HungaroControl into FS9, but couldn't get the fireworks to show)

Thanks for your brief clarification!

Hi Oli!

Yes, approach sound is only in FSX.

Firework should work also in FS9, but only during night and only on 14.04 any year.

Stupid me!

I selected 14.04. and 'night', but FS9 gave me a time after midnight, so technically it was 15.04. with no fireworks.

I changed time back to before midnight (technically back to 14.04. again) and the beautiful fireworks were there! They even showed upon my older Budapest scenery by Andras Kozma (the old one, which was published by Lago and bundled with Andras' Venice scenery; those versions not yet AES-supported).

So now I have a good LHBP airport plus some nice surrounding scenery PLUS some very cool eye-candy, when arriving on 14.04. (BEFORE midnight!!!).

Thanks a lot for your professional work (LHSM, LHPP, LHDC) and a very quick reply to my request. Looking forward to your upcoming releases, even I will have to pay for them!
