Budapest LHBP Troubleshooting LEVEL2

If the FAQ does not help to solve your problem, we may ask you to make a diagnostic on your computer and send the log files to us for further investigation.

ATTENTION! DO ONLY THIS PROCEDURE WHEN LHSIMULATIONS ASK YOU TO DO SO!

Activation resolution:

1. Open your simulator root folder
2. Go to Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X
3. Open the LHSprodact.ini with notepad
4. Delete the "/" sign front of the service line
5. Save the ini file
6. Run the LHSimulationsSceneryConfigurator.exe
7. When the progress is done, save the log somewhere on your computer
8. Send us the log files here:  info@lhsimulations.com

1. Find the LHSprodact.ini file which you can find [FSX root]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder
2. Open it with notepad
3. Delete the " / " signs front of the logoption and service line
4. Save the ini file
5. Execute the LHSimulationsSceneryActivator.exe
6. Turn the two radio button (Dll log and simconnect log) to ON
7. Start your FSX (make sure you run it as administrator)
8. Try to replicate the error you use to experience
9. Exit the flight simulator
10. Turn the two radio button to OFF status
11. Press the save log button
12. Save the log somewhere on your computer
13. Exit the LHBP_Activator
14. Locate the two files "simconnectXXX.log" and "default_ph_pi" on your C:\ drive
15. Send these three files to us to info@lhsimulations.com


The log contains information which helps us to find the root cause. It is containing information where the simulator was installed, where are the dll.xml and scenery.cfg and fsx.cfg (prepar3D.cfg) files. What kind of operation system are you using. The version of your simulator. If C++ redistributable 2010 is installed. The content of the dll.xml and scenery.cfg. If you do no want to send us these information please do not send the file to us. We do not forward this information to third party.
