No runway or taxiway lights - P3D v2.2

Just installed LHBP v1.3 and I have no runway or taxiway night lighting??

Strange this issue comes usually up when the DX10 preview is enabled in FSX but as I see you use P3D 2.2.

I haven't had the chance to install 2.2 yet. I'll try that later.

Fixed!

I had to disable airport elevation control (AEC) within Orbx FTX Vector control panel for LHPB - all lights now work perfectly.

What does this AEC? Never heard about that.

Comes included with FTX Vector from Orbx.

Does something with airport elevations? Not really sure what it does but if fixed the night light problems with LHBP

I disable according to the post above but still blurry textures, especially on apron occurred during the night.
Any other suggestions?
I'm on FSX, DX10 with Scenery Fixer.
