Budapest Liszt Ferenc (LHBP) Airport scenery FSX Missing Terminal

Hello. I've noticed that the terminal building and other buildings in the Budapest Liszt Ferenc (LHBP) scenery are missing upon start up of the flight. It stays that way for quite some time until finally they re-appear. I don't have that issue with any of my other third party pay ware or free ware scenery, this is the only one. I don't have GSX or any other scenery enhancement installed. The scenery itself installed and activated without any issues or any error messages. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and is there a way to fix it. I'm running FSX SP2 on windows7 64 bit.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
