I have experienced two issues with the AFCAD with your new LHBP scenery. First of all ATC assigns the gates to more than one AI aircraft. If I load the airport every parking spot is used by one aircraft, and everything is fine, but as soon as the first AI lands ATC starts to give the new arriving traffic gate numbers which are already used by other traffic.
I do not have any duplicate AFCADs for LHBP, but managed to find the problem. I deleted the file "ZHBP_ADEX_ADE.bgl" and the problem was solved. So it looks like the ZHBP AFCAD was the problem and let ATC assign the gates to more than one aircraft. Maybe you could fix the file "ZHBP_ADEX_ADE.bgl" for your next patch?
My second problem also concerns the AFCAD. At this point cargo planes get assigned to normal passenger gates with jetways. As BUD has quite a lot of cargo traffic it is a bit annoying that TNT and UPS are always standing at the terminal. Maybe you could add some dedicated cargo spots with your next patch?
