Problem after new Installation

Hello,
after a new installation of FSX  and afterwards installation of LHBP I got following message

“HTTP 1.1 301 Moved Permanently”

I bought LHBP Scenery at 2013-09-09
Download files
In the modules folder is LHBP_objectPlacer. dll  not present
and also I cannot find LHSimulations  in the Add-ons at the menu bar.
If trying LHSactivator.exe a message appears with an approximate text. The LHsimulations is activated.

Request Activation the Scenery again.

Most probably the website was not reachable to the program. Please re-run the LHSproductact.exe in [FS root]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder. It should activate it and the dll should appaer in your Modules folder.
Please make sure you are running with admin rights and the firewall allowed.

LhSproductact.exe was done, but there were still no dll-file in Modules and accordingly no entry at the menu Bar.
In the Scenery I only  see passenger bridges without buildings.
Her are my entries  at the  AddOns in der Menu bar

Aerosoft ,
Start  IvAp
AccuFeel Setup
Vistamare
Ultimate Traffic
FSUIPC

        Hello,

       Since you are obviously unable to offer me a solution to my scenery problem ,
   I was unfortunately forced to uninstall LHBP scenery and instead me to buy
   a competitor product.
   Your LHPB scenery is very nice if it runs, but if after reinstall of FSX or
   after I made a clon of FSX the Scenerie LHBP can no longer more be installed.
        I think that is not very customer friendly .
