P3Dv2 installation goes to Steam???

Hi,
I have installed in my PC FSX, FSX-SE y P3Dv3.
Yet installed with FSX (with some DLL problems, on other thread), when I try to install LHBP into P3D, installation program shows Steam path, and tries to install there... A mess, because  it does not allow me to change it to P3D root path. So, it is not appropriately installed, nor activated.
Please, is there something that can be done about it?
Any news about v1.4?

I didn't realize that it was Build8. I went to Simmarket, download and installed Build9, and installation worked fine.
I see no buildings now, but this is another story. I will check forum about it.
