LHBP code 302

Hi, I have already looked on the other 2 forum post's and that didn't help so thought I would do a new one...
When I install LHBP (latest version build 9) I get error code 302 banned registration etc... I have tried to download a new installer (multiple times) tried to run the installer as admin with anti virus off etc. When I look in the modules folder I don't even have a objectplacer.dll ? Something is really wrong and I miss one of my favorite destinations. :)

After a certain activation the activater does not allow to reactivate the code. We reset it manually. I could not identify your purchase based on your email. If you write us to info@lhsimulations.com I'll unlock your code.
