Title: 302 - Activation failed! Registration code is banned!

Could you help please.

We have unlocked all banned regcodes. Please run the LHSproductact.exe in your [FS]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder.

Your regcode is not banned. Do you get any error message? What is its number?

Your code is not banned so you should not get that error message. Are you sure you are using the regcode you purchased at simmarket? Chek it in your profile. Please send us the regcode you try to use to info@lhsimulations.com

I tried to send an email with the regcode from simmarket to the address you specified but it was rejected.
The regcode was JK****-CA******-D3****N if that's any help. * used to hide code on a public forum. Will try to send an email again if this is no help.
