Cannot update - the installation is banned

 I refer to my previous topic on "312 - Activation failed! Registration code is banned." and your replies. I have followed what said in Actuation resolution but still not success. Today I  install the "Budapest_LHBP_v13_FSX_P3D_P3Dv2_Build4.exe again, it is still not success. The error message "312 - Activation failed! Registration code is banned." coming out after the installation was done screen. Attached files are for your references.

I used all the LHBP_unstall.exe, any version that I saw in the FSX folder and actuated them. Then I installed the latest version LHBP_v1.3 build4.exe again, to my surprise this time the installation was successful. So please close this topic. Thanks.
