LHBP No Buildings

I installed the latest version of LHBP from Simmarket today and have no buildings showing.  I have attempted to follow the solutions given in the FAQ but cannot locate the dll.eme.  Frankly I would be happy to reinstall the previous version which I uninstalled as instructed. That version worked fine for me .  If I try to reinstall the original version after deleting the newer version will that work?

ps. I'm using FSX Steam on W7.

It do seems we have a general problem if steam is installed standalone. We are investigating the problem.
