Banned Code

Hello,
new to the forum, I have recently reinstalled all my addons both for FSX and P3D due to a hardware failure. Unfortunately I cannot activate the Budapest scenery as during the activation phase I have a "code is banned" error. I don't know if the code has a maximum number of activations after which it becomes invalid, or if there is some other problem. I have tried running the installer with admin rights but the result is the same. For your information I had purchased the product on Simmarket.
Any suggestion ?

Please reactivate the scenery. Launch the LHSproductact.exe in your [FS]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder.
