What's the difference between build 13 and build 14 of LHBP for P3Dv4?

Today I received an email informing me of LHBP for P3Dv4.

I already have LHBP working in P3Dv4 after following advice in this forum so is there any reason for me to uninstall my current version called Budapest_LHBP_v13_FSX_SE_P3D_Build13.exe and replace it with Budapest_LHBP_v13_FSX_SE_P3D_Build14.exe?

If the Build 13 works for you than you don't need to update it.

The Build number refers only the installer. The product or scenery itself is unchanged.
