LHBP for Prepar3d v4 download email

Hi,
I received an email informing me about LHBP for P3Dv4 release. That message tells me to enter webshop to download the product, but I was not able. My doubt is about this new version policy. Is it free for older registrated users?
I purchased it at Simmarket, but they show only last version, which, by the way, I was not enable to use since I switched from FSX to P3D, I asked in the forum, made some tries, but... no way (this is not a reproach. Thou it may seem, it is not).

The question is that I would like to fly again to LHBP, this time with my P3Dv4.

So far LHBP scenery v1.3 comes in a pack for fs9, fsx, fsx-se and Prepar3D v1.4-4.x. so with one purchase you can install it to these platforms.

On simmarket you can download the new installer (Build 13) which includes Prepar3D v4. After launching the installer you are asked which platform you want to install.
