312 - Activation failed! Registration code is banned.

After the successfully installed screen and DONE message were shown. Then the 312 - Activation failed! Registration code is banned is shown.

What should I do and how to re-install the program. Do I need to turn off the virus protection program before installation.

Please advise. Many thanks

I've checked your registration code is not banned. Try to reinstall the scenery, please make sure you are installing v1.3 Build 3.

If the problems still comes up please follow the first video here (Activation resolution):

Thank you for quick response. The previous version I installed was V13 Build2 now I redownloaded from SimMarket and installed the V13 Build3 as what you said. Same problem occurred then I followed what the video (Activation resolution) told to do to amend the ini file and actuated  the Configurator.exe file..
The following screen with sentences "Welcome, The program will receive your LHBP airport scenery for FSX,  Initializing sofeware v1.6 Build 20140328"
Then another small screen appeared "Error 416, False genuine test"

Please send me the log file as it is shown in the video. Than I can say more about the problem.

Please run the installer in administrator mode.

Still cannot properly installed the LHBP. Please see the attached file for more details. All freewares from Lhsimulations were installed and ran with good results. There was no problem for the payware LHPR too.
