ERROR 505

Purchased a new computer and re downloaded LHBP from simmarket. Error 505 message with only jetways and ground scenery visible. No buildings are showing. Have reviewed instructions for Error 505 problem not solved

Could you please to re-run the LHSproductact.exe in your [FS]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder?

Hello,

       Performed re-run of the LHSproductact.exe in my [FS]\Addon scenery\LHS_LHBP_X folder. This message box appeared: Communicating with the server...
LHSimulations - Online product activator, V 3.3 Build : 11.02.2015 Online Activation of LHSimulations scenery is successful. Started FSX SE and went to LHBP with same results. No terminal only jetways

Strange. If the installer says it is succesfull the 505 message should not come.

Could you please follow the 2nd video here and send us the logs to info@lhsimulations.com

Two of the files unable to send because of size. Was not able to locate the "default_papa_Phi_log_"

Downloaded program as instructed. Run the program and this message box pops up: Debug Assertion Failed. When I clicked on the retry button this message pops up: LHBP_ID_withoutEncrypt_test.exe has stopped working
