VAT Terms

1) Price display
All prices shown in the webshop are gross prices (including VAT).
The final payable amount is calculated based on the VAT rate of the currently selected country and is shown in the cart and at checkout.

2) Country selection and automatic VAT calculation
You can select your country using the country selector at the top of the website.
Based on this selection, the system automatically applies the correct VAT rate and immediately displays the final price.

For logged-in users, prices are automatically updated according to the country set in the user profile.

3) EU customers (digital content)
For purchases made from within the European Union, digital products are subject to the VAT rate of the customer’s country, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

4) Non-EU customers (third countries)
For purchases made outside the European Union, Hungarian VAT is applied to all digital products.

5) Digital content only – no shipping
The webshop offers digital download content only.
No physical products are shipped, and therefore no shipping costs apply.

6) Business purchases (B2B)
The webshop is intended for private individuals (B2C) only.

7) Invoicing
The applied VAT rate and the VAT amount are shown on the invoice in accordance with legal requirements.
Please make sure your country is set correctly before completing your purchase, as this affects the VAT rate applied.
